The Atari 7800 was developed and produced by Atari.
Details
The Atari 7800 is backwards compatible with Atari 2600 games (barring a few exceptions). It also small library of quality titles of its own. Notably games much closer the the arcade version than the 2600 ports. See Ms. Pacman for a good example.
